Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in practice.
• Strong technical understanding of building design and construction.
• Experience of residential design.
• Good knowledge of planning application process.
• Good knowledge of Building Regulations and technical standards.
