Job summary

Confero Recruitment Group is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technologist for a 6-month contract in Glasgow with hybrid working. The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£25-£32) on a landmark £100m mixed-use social housing project. You will deliver technical drawings and coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to meet RIBA Stage 4 requirements. Qualifications

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist.
• Proven experience in RIBA Stage 4.
• Strong technical detailing and coordination.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate technical drawings, specifications and construction packages.
• Support technical delivery of a major mixed-use development.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Assist with site coordination and construction-stage problem solving.
• Ensure project information is accurate and aligned with standards.
