Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist for its south Manchester studio to work on education projects across the UK. You will deliver high-quality technical information from design development through to technical delivery, coordinating with clients, consultants and the design team.

The role requires 5+ years PQE, fluency with Revit and AutoCAD, and experience guiding projects through RIBA Stages 2–6.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in architectural technology.
• Excellent working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience managing projects through RIBA Stages 2-6.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of statutory design requirements.
• Experience running projects and coordinating technical information; lead client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawings, designs, specifications and schedules across the project lifecycle.
• Develop projects in line with statutory and technical requirements.
• Coordinate technical information to meet programme deadlines.
• Take responsibility for projects through all RIBA stages.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors for effective delivery.
• Attend client and design-team meetings and contribute to presentations.
• Coordinate design information and resolve issues as projects evolve.
• Support the wider team and maintain high standards of technical delivery.
• Take ownership of projects and ensure milestones are met.
