Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting an Architectural Technologist in Glasgow to join a RIBA chartered practice delivering healthcare and education projects. You will produce integrated design and construction information using Revit, and manage planning drawings and construction documentation.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Architectural Technology, strong post-qualification experience in a UK practice, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Strong post-qualification experience as a Technologist in a UK practice.
• Healthcare sector experience is desirable.
• Proficiency with Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Experience in running projects.
• Strong technical and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce integrated design and construction information using Revit.
• Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentation.
• Develop planning schemes to detailed construction drawings.
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages.
• Ensure high quality delivery of drawings.
