Bimplus is seeking an Architectural Technologist for their Crewe-based studio to join an award-winning practice delivering specialist design services for residential projects.

You will deliver projects from inception to completion, prepare building regulation packages, and conduct site visits to ensure technical compliance while coordinating with clients and consultants for successful delivery. Qualifications

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology.
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Job running experience.
• Experience managing projects within the residential sector.
• Experience carrying out site visits in a previous role.
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
