Job summary

Purcell in Oxford is seeking a creative Bid Coordinator with a passion for architecture to join our studio. You will manage the end-to-end bid process, liaise with partners and the bids team, and help develop our proposals and presentation materials.

Qualifications

Excellent InDesign skills required.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with high-value bids.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposals and materials.
Oversee end-to-end bid process and ensure procedures are followed.
Use Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, to produce bid submissions.
Design layouts for bids and tenders with images and graphics.
Assist with internal bid library filing and housekeeping.
Analyze wins/losses and implement lessons learnt.
Take ownership to implement improvements.
Collaborate with business development and marketing teams.
