Job summary

Purcell is looking for a creative Bid Coordinator with a passion for architecture to join our Oxford studio. You will work closely with partners and the wider bids team to manage the end-to-end bid process and support on longer-term strategic ambitions.

This fast-paced, full-time role requires excellent time management, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to multi-task across high-value bids.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-value bids within architectural projects.
• Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite for bid submissions.
• Background in architecture/construction bids is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposals.
• Oversee end-to-end bid processes and ensure procedures are followed.
• Design layouts for bids using InDesign and related tools.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing on projects.
• Maintain internal bid library with CVs, case studies and photos.
• Analyze wins/losses and implement lessons learned.
• Take ownership to implement improvements and efficiencies.
