Purcell in Manchester is seeking a creative Bid Coordinator to join our studio. You will manage end-to-end bid processes, working with partners and the wider bids team to deliver high-quality submissions on tight deadlines.

The role demands strong time management, excellent written and verbal communication, experience with high-value bids, and graphic design skills using Adobe InDesign. This is a full-time, on-site position with an employee-owned culture and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating complex bids.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and bid submissions.
• Background in architecture/construction sector.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposals and presentation materials.
• Oversee the end-to-end bid process and ensure the bid procedures are followed correctly.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to produce high-quality bid submissions.
• Design layouts for bids and tenders, collating relevant images and graphics for submissions.
• Assist with internal bid library filing and housekeeping, including staff CVs and project case studies.
• Report on winning bids and losses and develop lessons learnt and improvements.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams on projects.
