Job summary

Brandon James in Manchester is recruiting a Bid Coordinator to manage end-to-end bid submissions for high-value projects within an award-winning architectural and heritage consultancy.

You will coordinate deadlines, create presentation materials in InDesign, proofread content, and collaborate with business development and marketing to drive efficient bidding. This role requires excellent InDesign skills and strong attention to detail with confident stakeholder engagement.

• Excellent Adobe InDesign skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability.
• Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
• Experience working on high-value bids.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end bid process and ensuring procedures are followed correctly.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposals and presentation materials.
• Using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to create high-quality bid submissions.
• Reviewing and proofreading bid content to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality.
• Designing layouts for bids and tenders, including coordinating imagery and graphics.
• Maintaining bid libraries, staff CVs, project case studies and photography.
• Reviewing bids to identify lessons learnt and implementing improvements.
• Working with business development and marketing teams to optimise bids.
