Job summary

Gensler’s Birmingham office is seeking an experienced Architect with strong technical skills and experience in Retail & Lifestyle sectors to join our team in Birmingham, UK. Proficiency in Revit is essential, with Rhino, Grasshopper and 3Ds Max as advantageous tools.

You will work with Architects and Interior Design colleagues across practice areas, participating hands-on from test fits to detailed construction documentation, collaborating closely with the design team to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architecture Technology with design and documentation experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; Rhino, Grasshopper and 3Ds Max are advantageous.
• Experience in data centre and critical facilities sectors; strong analytical and graphic skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing world-class buildings across design stages from concept to construction documents.
• Involvement in programming, concept, schematic, development, specification and tendering processes.
• Support senior principals in client, contractor and design-team communications; maintain relationships.
