Job summary

Bimplus is recruiting an Architect to join its Birmingham team, delivering designs from briefs within the RIBA framework. The role focuses on producing robust, compliant designs across sectors and coordinating with clients and consultants.

The ideal candidate has ARB registration and strong Revit skills, with a track record on large-scale projects and a willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2 days on-site).

Qualifications

• Lead delivery of production packages in line with project scope.

Responsibilities

• Take receipt of a brief and develop it into a design in line with the RIBA Plan of Work.
• Achieve efficient and effective designs using robust and sustainable design solutions.
• Prepare compliant designs by following UK Construction Law, British Standards and relevant CoPs.
• Participate in Project Reviews and coordination workshops.
• Assist in gathering information for statutory submissions (Planning, Building Regulations).
• Attend meetings with Clients, Designers, Contractors and other Specialists.
