Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architect for an award-winning RIBA Chartered practice in Chorley to work on healthcare projects across the UK. You will join a growing design team, producing detailed information through all RIBA stages and liaising with contractors on site.

The ideal candidate is ARB registered with RIBA Part 3, proficient in Revit and experienced managing projects, with excellent drawing, design, communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• ARB registered architect with UK practice experience and Part 3 qualification.
• Proficient in Revit and capable of leading drawing and design work.
• Experience managing projects across different sectors and teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Lives within a commutable distance to Chorley.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
• Work with the design team on day-to-day project information.
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits.
• Issue working drawing packs of information.
