Job summary

RIBAJ, a Lancashire architectural practice, is seeking an ARB‑registered architect with Part III qualifications to lead healthcare project delivery. You will contribute design expertise, work with Revit, and manage planning, technical design and construction across RIBA stages.

Hybrid working is available after probation; a UK project background and strong technical skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Part III qualified architects with ARB registration and UK project experience.
• Healthcare, commercial or large-scale project experience is advantageous.
• Strong design and technical capability across planning, delivery and construction.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning procedures and statutory requirements.

Overview of the Role

An Architect job in Lancashire is available with an established architectural practice delivering healthcare projects. This role is open to Part III qualified and ARB registered architects, with Revit or BIM knowledge essential. Previous healthcare experience is preferred, although candidates with commercial or other large-scale project backgrounds will also be considered.

Practice & Project Information

The practice has a strong focus on healthcare projects, with work covering multiple RIBA stages. Candidates will support projects through planning, technical design and construction. Due to the office location, a driving licence and access to a car are required. Hybrid working is available following probation.

• Driving licence and access to a car

Benefits and Package

£30,000 - £40,000 salary.

Hybrid working with two days per week from home after probation. Private healthcare after one year of service and an employee assistance programme.
