Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Architect to join their Liverpool studio. You will lead and deliver healthcare and education projects, producing detailed information across all RIBA stages, with strong Revit skills and ARB registration.

You will collaborate with the design team, liaise with contractors, attend design team meetings and site visits, and contribute to project information packages. A flexible working pattern and generous benefits are included.

Qualifications

• ARB registered architect with UK Part 3 qualification.
• Experience on healthcare or education projects is desirable.
• Proficient in Revit and capable across all RIBA stages.
• Strong drawing, design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Duties for the role of Architect:

• Lead and deliver on a range of healthcare and education projects


• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages


• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information


• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams


• Attend design team meetings and site visits


• Issue working drawing packs of information

Requirements for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered


• Strong Post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice


• Proficiency with Revit


• Experience working on projects within the education or healthcare sector is desirable


• Experience working across all RIBA work stages


• Excellent drawing and design skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and within a team


• Excellent communication and organisational skills
