Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Architect to join a RIBA Chartered practice in Chorley. You will produce detailed information for all RIBA stages, work with the design team, liaise with contractors, attend design meetings and site visits, and issue drawing packs.

Qualifications

• ARB registered.
• Post RIBA Part 3 qualification with UK practice experience.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience managing projects across sectors.
• Excellent drawing and design skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to Chorley.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
• Work with the design team on day-to-day project information.
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits.
• Issue working drawing packs of information.
