Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist for a Chorley studio to lead healthcare projects from inception through to completion. You will prepare building regulations submissions, manage multiple projects and visit sites to ensure technical compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Architectural Technology, have UK practice experience, be proficient in Revit, and be active with CIAT or working towards chartership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Post-qualification experience in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Experience managing multi-sector projects.
• CIAT membership or working towards chartership.
• Desirable: job running experience.
• Strong technical detailing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving license.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Lead and deliver on a range of healthcare projects

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology or another related discipline
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
