Job summary

Julian Support is recruiting ARCH Support Workers to provide person-centred, strengths-based support to individuals with complex needs, helping them live independently within their communities.

The role involves housing, homelessness, tenancy sustainment, benefits, finances and daily living support, with 37 hours per week. Working with Recovery Coordinators and partner organisations, you will advocate for clients and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred, strengths-based support in homes, community settings, temporary accommodation and other venues.
• Build positive relationships and assist with housing, homelessness, tenancy sustainment, benefits, finances, and daily living.
• Support with harm reduction, substance use, routine building, life skills, and social networks.
• Collaborate with Recovery Coordinators, colleagues and external agencies to identify resources and interventions for independence and recovery.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with policies.
• Promote dignity, choice, equality, and independence while facilitating access to services.
