Job summary

SPIDER is advertising on behalf of an organisation delivering ARCH (Accessing Resource from Crisis to Home) and seeking Support Workers to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. Roles cover Norwich/Central Norfolk and East Norfolk/Waveney, with 37 hours per week and a comprehensive package including a real Living Wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting people with complex needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and access to a vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support in clients' homes, community settings, temporary accommodation and other venues.
• Build trusting relationships and assist with housing, homelessness, tenancy sustainment, benefits, finances, and daily living.
• Support harm reduction, routine building, life skills, coping strategies and social networks.
• Collaborate with Recovery Coordinators, colleagues and external agencies to identify resources and interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and handle safeguarding concerns and risk changes.
• Promote dignity, equality and independence while liaising with health professionals and partner organisations.
