Job summary

Julian Support is looking for Recovery Coordinators to join the ARCH team on a full-time basis. One permanent role covers East Norfolk/Waveney, and a fixed-term Peripatetic post covers Norfolk and is based in Norwich.

You will support people with mental health difficulties to build independence, connect with services and manage benefits, housing and budgeting in a strengths-based, recovery-focused way.

Qualifications

• Experience in safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection responsibilities.
• Ability to work with people with complex needs in recovery-focused settings.
• Willingness to travel and access to a vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with clients to identify needs, develop support plans and promote independence.
• Provide practical, person-centred support with benefits, housing, budgeting and accessing resources.
• Build relationships with clients, families, carers and health, social care, housing and community professionals.
• Advocate for clients to empower informed choices and access to appropriate support.
• Maintain accurate support plans, risk assessments, records and reports, ensuring safeguarding and data protection.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to support positive outcomes and service delivery.
