Job summary

Julian Support is recruiting ARCH Support Workers to provide person-centred, strengths-based support for people with complex needs in Norwich/Central Norfolk and East Norfolk/Waveney. You will help clients build confidence, access community resources and achieve greater independence.

The role requires 37 hours per week, excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and resilience, plus willingness to travel and use a vehicle for business purposes.

Qualifications

• Experience with people with complex needs or providing support services.
• Willingness to travel and access to a vehicle for business use.
• Ability to manage 37 hours per week and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred, strengths-based support to clients in homes, community settings, temporary accommodation and other venues.
• Build positive relationships and assist with housing, homelessness, tenancy sustainment, benefits and daily living.
• Support harm reduction, routines, life skills and development of social networks.
• Collaborate with Recovery Coordinators, colleagues and external agencies to identify resources and interventions.
• Maintain records and respond to safeguarding, risk and policy changes.
• Promote dignity, choice, equality and independence through liaison with health and partner organisations.
