Job summary

Brooklands Technical College is seeking an Apprenticeships Review Officer to monitor and drive delivery for ~80 apprentices across programmes, coordinating employer activities and ALS support. You will ensure reviews, documentation and funding compliance under ESFA requirements, working with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes drive, organisation, and student-centred development within the EIF framework, with campus-based duties at Ashford and travel to Weybridge as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable and student focussed.
• Ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision.
• Level 2 English & Maths.
• Level 3 qualification or 5 years experience in a coaching/mentoring role.
• Experience of working in further education and assessor qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track a caseload of approximately 80 apprentices, managing day-to-day delivery of training and assessment in line with ESFA requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct progress reviews, inductions, focus groups, and provide information, advice and guidance for the caseload across apprenticeship programmes.
• Coordinate and deliver ALS within the apprenticeship team, ensuring early identification of learning needs and ESFA funding compliance.
