Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a proactive team member to support the delivery of apprenticeship, work experience and employability programmes. You will contribute to the Talent for Care agenda, helping people access NHS careers and develop pathways into employment across communities.

You will work with managers, schools and partners to organise events, coordinate placements, deliver workshops, and identify apprenticeship opportunities within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Assist in delivering apprenticeship, work experience and employability programmes.
• Coordinate own area of work (work experience, apprenticeships or employability).
• Support widening participation across the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Organising a careers event for local students.
• Supporting apprentices through challenges.
• Coordinating work experience placements.
• Delivering workshops.
• Helping managers identify new apprenticeship opportunities across the Trust.
