Job summary

Coventry University is seeking a Workplace Learning Advisor to monitor learner progress on apprenticeship programmes and produce reports for employers. You will maintain records related to workplace learning and ensure compliance with funding rules.

You will collaborate with course teams to understand programme structure, gateway requirements and end point assessment, guiding learners through their entire apprenticeship journey with support and motivation.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in apprenticeship and/or higher education is advantageous.
• A coaching/mentoring qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of learners on apprenticeship programmes.
• Produce reports for employers and maintain appropriate workplace records.
• Ensure compliance with ESFA apprenticeship funding rules and raise issues as needed.
• Guide learners through the programme, gateway requirements and end point assessment.
