Job summary

Coventry University Group, based through CU Apprenticeships Ltd, is seeking a Workplace Learning Advisor to monitor learner progress on apprenticeship programmes and prepare employer reports. You will ensure records compliance with ESFA funding rules and guide learners through gateway and end point assessment, using CU systems to reflect on work-based learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification.
• Apprenticeship assessor qualification or coaching/mentoring qualification advantageous.
• Experience in apprenticeship and/or higher education sector advantageous.
• Experience working with key stakeholders and building partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of learners studying towards an apprenticeship programme.
• Produce reports for employers and maintain records related to workplace learning.
• Ensure compliance with ESFA apprenticeship funding rules and escalate issues as needed.
• Guide learners through gateway requirements and end point assessment.
• Support learners to manage their studies using Coventry University systems and platforms.
