Job summary

University of Greenwich invites applications for an Apprenticeship Skills Coach to support apprentices and trainee professionals across disciplines within the Faculty of Engineering and Science. You will monitor progress against apprenticeship standards, guide learners to complete their apprenticeships and End Point Assessments, and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders.

You will work across Greenwich and Medway campuses, employing coaching approaches to help learners

Qualifications

• Knowledge of higher and degree apprenticeship programmes.
• Experience in a similar apprenticeship, coaching or learner support role.
• Experience in work-based learning and maintaining employer relationships would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review progress against apprenticeship standards.
• Support learners to successfully achieve their apprenticeship and End Point Assessment.
• Act as a key point of contact for apprentices and provide information, advice and guidance.
