Herts Resourcing Group is recruiting for an Apprenticeship Review Officer on behalf of Hertford Regional College (HRC).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong relationship-building and organisational skills who is passionate about supporting apprentices to succeed.
HRC is a vibrant and dynamic further education college, recently graded Good by Ofsted, with students studying across two campuses.

Working as part of the Apprenticeship Team, you will take responsibility for developing positive relationships with employers, apprentices and delivery partners while ensuring apprenticeship requirements and processes are effectively managed.
A key part of the position will be arranging and completing regular apprentice progress reviews, monitoring progress against training plans and agreed targets, and identifying any issues that could affect an apprentice's successful completion.
You will act as an important point of contact throughout the apprenticeship journey, helping employers and apprentices understand requirements and ensuring everyone remains informed and supported.
Experience of working with Apprentices would be highly advantageous but not essential, full training will be provided.
We are looking for an organised, confident and approachable individual who can build strong professional relationships with both employers and apprentices.
You will need to be an effective communicator who is comfortable working independently, managing a varied workload and keeping accurate records.
This position requires significant local travel, as you will be meeting apprentices and employers within the workplace.
You must therefore hold a current UK driving licence and be a car owner with a vehicle available for business use.
Some flexibility may occasionally be required to meet the needs of the role, including attendance at College promotional activities and Open Events.
