Qualifications

• 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Understanding of construction and infrastructure sectors is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, vet and manage apprentices.
• Maintain relationships with apprentices and partner organizations.
• Mentor apprentices to help them achieve their potential.
• Manage program and HR processes.
• Conduct regular site visits to support apprentices.
• Liaise with college assessors as necessary.
