Job summary

DN Colleges Group is seeking an outreach-focused role within the Employer Relationships team to help individuals secure apprenticeships across the group. The role involves guiding candidates from first enquiry through application support and interview preparation, with regular travel to schools, events and employer sites.

An Enhanced DBS check is required. The post includes developing candidate profiles, pre-screening applicants and delivering employability training, while maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and supporting individuals.
• Ability to match skills to opportunities or vacancies.
• Experience delivering employability support and presenting to groups.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Full driving licence and access to transport.

Responsibilities

• Promote apprenticeships through schools, careers events, job centres and community organisations
• Source applicants for apprenticeship vacancies through marketing and outreach
• Guide individuals through the apprenticeship application process
• Deliver application support sessions covering CVs, applications and interview preparation
• Pre-screen applicants and carry out suitability assessments before introducing them to employers
• Deliver employability and work-readiness training in group and one-to-one settings
• Build and maintain talent pools for specific sectors and apprenticeship levels
• Track applicant progress, give feedback and help individuals improve future applications
• Develop candidate profiles for employer-facing colleagues
• Keep accurate records on CRM and other college systems and respond to enquiries promptly
