Qualifications

• Experience in engaging and selling to employers.
• Ability to identify business and skills needs and propose suitable college solutions.
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new employers across priority sectors to generate apprenticeship, training and commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders; understand their workforce needs.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to conversion and handover; maintain an active employer pipeline in Grofar CRM.
• Coordinate opportunities with curriculum, recruitment and apprenticeship teams; cross-sell college services.
• Support achievement of recruitment, engagement, and commercial income targets.
• Provide professional and responsive service to employers and ensure timely follow-up and reporting.
