Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) is seeking an Apprenticeship Funding and Compliance Assistant to administer apprenticeship data management, ensure records are accurate and up to date, and deliver a high-quality data-centric service. The role requires collaboration with the MIS team and other stakeholders to maintain compliance and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer data processing of the apprentice sign-up paperwork and follow compliance checking procedures using the Groups data management systems.
• Provide an excellent and efficient data management service, supporting the apprentice journey from sign-up to exit.
• Support Group colleagues in matters relating to apprenticeship data compliance controls, working with them to assess processes, and improve related awareness, skills and knowledge.
• Keep up to date with related system and sector changes ensuring the Group is appraised.
