Job summary

Capita plc is offering an Apprenticeship Data & Compliance Administrator role based at PO15 7AA with on-site work and occasional home working. The position involves managing learner records, compliance checks, and data submissions to funding bodies, with weekly travel to HMS Sultan.

You will maintain accurate records, support audits, and use tools like Bud LMS and Power BI while ensuring security clearance (SC) is obtainable. This permanent role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience working with volumes of data.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, entering data.
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy levels.
• Ability to work at pace with tight timescales.
• Must be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate learner records and apprenticeship documentation.
• Completing compliance checks to ensure funding and apprenticeship requirements are met
• Processing learner enrolments, changes, withdrawals and returns to learning
• Carrying out data quality checks and supporting accurate apprenticeship funding submissions
• Supporting internal and external audits by maintaining clear and accurate records
• Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve queries
• Experience working with volumes of data
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy levels
• Ability to work at pace with tight timescales
• Must be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
