Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking an Apprenticeship Administrator - Compliance & Onboarding Officer in West London. This temporary full-time role offers an hourly rate of £20 and immediate start, with ongoing extension potential in a reputable further education setting.

You will support onboarding, compliance, and records management, maintaining accurate apprentice files and coordinating reviews with employers and tutors. DBS will be arranged if not already held.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and database systems required.
• Experience in administration, preferably in education or apprenticeships.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team, ensuring timely processing of onboarding and compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate apprentice records, enrolment documents, and training files for funding and audit requirements.
• Coordinate apprenticeship reviews, meetings and appointments with employers, tutors and stakeholders.
• Track attendance, progress, achievements and completion dates, escalating concerns as needed.
• Respond to enquiries from apprentices, employers and college staff in a professional and timely manner.
• Update databases and spreadsheets, prepare reports and support funding/audit processes.
