Waltham Forest College in East London is seeking an organised and proactive Apprenticeships Recruitment Officer on a permanent, 36 hours per week position with a salary of £31,302 - £33,098.

You will recruit employers and prospective apprentices, provide initial guidance, support applicants through assessment and enrolment, manage the recruitment pipeline, and coordinate end-point assessment bookings with curriculum teams and partner organisations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business development, recruitment or employer engagement.
• Track record of meeting targets and building customer relationships.
• Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of sales pipelines and marketing techniques.
• Experience managing data and supporting compliance audits.
• A Level 3 business qualification or relevant experience, with Level 2 English and maths.
