Job summary

Liverpool John Moores University is seeking an Apprenticeships and Onboarding Administrator to join the Apprenticeships Team. You will support the leadership team with a range of administration tasks and help deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for apprentices and their employers.

You will work closely with the Compliance manager and Programme & onboarding team leader to produce reports, process data, check applicant eligibility, residency and employment status to meet funding body

Qualifications

• Methodical, flexible and adaptable individual.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team with administration tasks and onboarding for apprentices and their employers.
• Produce reports, data processing, applicant eligibility, residency and employment status to meet funding body requirements.
• Collaborate with employers to ensure funding is reserved within Apprenticeship Service accounts and that service agreements are completed.
