Job summary

Chichester College Group is seeking an Apprenticeship Coach to provide pastoral guidance and tailored programme support, empowering apprentices to overcome challenges and progress through their apprenticeship journey. You will manage a caseload, motivate learners to achieve their qualifications, and work with teachers, assessors, employers and managers to address concerns and support student success.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students post 16.
• Delivering learning advice to students in a 1:1 or group.
• Understanding of the study needs and options and progression opportunities for post 16 learners.
• Educated to Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Motivate each learner, monitor progress against learning goals.
• Identify apprentice needs and connect them with support services and enrichment.
• Liaise with teachers, assessors, course leaders and managers to address concerns and support success; assist employers as needed.
