Job summary

York College & University Centre invites applications for a Progress Coordinator (Apprenticeships). The role focuses on supporting the personal, social and professional development of learners and apprentices, delivering the planned Personal and Professional Development (PPD) programme, and leading sessions on wellbeing, safeguarding, financial literacy, British Values and employability.

You will provide pastoral support to a defined caseload of apprentices, contribute to reviews and progress,

Qualifications

• Delivery of Personal and Professional Development (PPD) programme.
• Pastoral support for a caseload of apprentices.
• Ability to create inclusive learning environments with safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned PPD programme and lead sessions on wellbeing, safeguarding, financial literacy, British Values, and employability.
• Provide pastoral support to a defined caseload of apprentices, contribute to reviews and progress, and signpost to college services.
• Help shape and refine the PPD scheme of work, contribute to enrichment activities and uphold safeguarding practices.
