Royal Navy is seeking an Apprenticeship Assessor to support engineering apprentices at HMS Sultan. You will manage a caseload, provide coaching, and maintain records to ensure successful progression through apprenticeships within the Royal Navy.
The role requires IT proficiency, administration experience, and strong organisational skills. You will visit training establishments and naval units to support learners in their workplace environment and work a 37.5-hour week on a permanent basis.
We're looking for an Apprenticeship Assessor to support apprentices at HMS Sultan. You'll work closely with learners, training teams and key stakeholders to ensure apprentices receive the support they need to progress successfully through their Engineering apprenticeships within the general service branch of the Royal Navy. This is a varied role where you'll coordinate programme activities, monitor learner progress, provide guidance and support, and help maintain high-quality apprenticeship delivery. Working across a range of disciplines, you'll play an important role in helping apprentices achieve their qualifications and develop their careers within the Royal Navy. Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week HMS Sultan Permanent opportunity. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level).
