Job summary

Hawk Hiring seeks a Vehicle Technician/Improver in Royal Tunbridge Wells to perform routine servicing, brakes, suspension and general repairs alongside Master Technicians to learn advanced diagnostics.

The role requires 2–5 years hands-on garage experience, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent, a full UK driving licence and basic tools. Attractive salary and bonus structure with a supportive, focused training track.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workshop environment.

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + £4,000 team bonus (£34,000 - £39,000 Realistic OTE)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00 (Full 1-hour lunch | Strictly 100% weekend-free)

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served experience)
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a garage, dealership, or fast-fit environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine hunger to upskill into diagnostics
• Full UK driving licence & basic hand tools
