Training leads to a Level 2 Passenger Transport Operative Apprenticeship, with classroom and on‑the‑job components. The role involves shift work from first to last train, with comprehensive safety training and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• No prior railway experience required; safety critical training provided.
• On-the-job training includes a Level 2 Passenger Transport Operative Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary levels of customer service on trains and stations.
• Ensure the safety of customers at all times.
• Supervise On-Train customer service activities to maintain high standards.
• Check and verify tickets and assist customers with guidance.
• Manage cash transactions and stock/equipment responsibly.
