Job summary

St. Gabriel's Church of England Academy in Rugby is seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to train with us on an apprenticeship programme to gain the skills needed for a career in Education while helping deliver high-quality learning opportunities for children.

The role is 35 hours per week, term-time with teacher training days; starting in November 2026. DBS check is required; safeguarding is a priority.

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to train with us and help deliver fantastic learning opportunities for children in our wonderful school. The successful candidate will work as part of a training programme to give them the skills needed for a successful career in Education whilst playing an integral role in the care and development of children as part of a school that seeks be excellent in all that it does.

Salary

Apprentice rate: Minimum £8 p/h

35 hours

Term Time only plus Teacher Training Days (39 weeks)
