Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
• Qualifying and understanding customer requirements and advising on completion times and collection arrangements.
• Responding to enquiries by telephone, email and in person and converting into firm bookings.
• Communicating progress of repairs and servicing to customers by phone, text or email.
• Selling products, services and repair work to meet customer needs while achieving objectives.
• Working as part of a team to meet departmental objectives and KPIs.
