Responsibilities

• Customer service: arranging bookings and appointments, interacting face-to-face and on the phone.
• Administration: completing relevant paperwork for customer service and centre records, preparing invoices and processing warranty claims.
• Working in a team: collaborating with workshop and management to deliver an amazing customer experience.
• Upselling: promoting the sale of accessories and service plans; training will cover how to do this.
