Job summary

Engage Education is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice SEND TA in Oldham to support KS4 with SEN needs. You will deliver 1:1 and small group support within a single secondary school, following individual EHC plans, with a view to gaining Level 3 or Level 4 TA qualifications after 11 months.

The role is Monday to Friday in term-time, paid £70 per day, with the potential to secure a permanent position after the academic year and to advance within the school's SEND department.

Qualifications

• 1:1 & small group SEN support for KS4 students.
• Tailored support around individual EHC plan.
• Creating engaging learning activities for SEN students.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support in a secondary setting.

Engage Education are currently working with a fantastic secondary school in the Oldham area who are eager to secure a passionate Apprentice SEND TA for the remainder of the academic year.

In this role as an Apprentice SEND TA, the successful candidate will be working in a Monday to Friday role within one secondary school providing individual and small group support to KS4 & KS4 students with SEND. In the final month of the academic year, the candidate will then have the opportunity to secure a Level 3 or 4 TA qualification.
