Job summary

Savers is hiring an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. Training will be in-store during the first 12 months, with no college days, culminating in a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You will be supported by your team and tutor to build customer service skills and store confidence.

You’ll start with hands-on responsibilities, learn product knowledge, and develop teamwork while contributing to daily store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade 4/C (or equivalent).
• Available for full-time shifts and not currently in any education program.
• Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and daily tasks as part of the apprenticeship.
• Assist customers and help maintain store standards.
• Engage with the local community and promote Savers deals.
