Job summary

Savers is hiring an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. Your training will take place in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days, culminating in the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

You will be supported by your team and tutor to develop in-store skills and customer service excellence. You will connect with the local community, help customers find great deals, and contribute to a welcoming, upbeat store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Not currently in education and available for full-time shifts.
• Has not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Support store team to deliver customer service and maintain standards.
