Job summary

Savers is recruiting an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join the team in the UK. The role trains in-store for 12 months with no college days and offers hands-on experience in customer service and store operations.

You'll work as part of a supportive team, helping customers with a positive attitude and learning all aspects of retail, from stock to promotions, while earning a recognised Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Grade 4/C GCSE English and Maths (England); equivalent for Scotland.
• Available for full-time shifts; not currently in education.
• Brand new to retail; no previous Retail Apprenticeship completed.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Training in-store during the first 12 months with hands-on experience.
• Work as part of a team to support customers and maintain store standards.
• Engage with local community and promote Savers deals and promotions.
• Progress through a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship with tutor support.
