Job summary

Savers is hiring an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant. Training happens in-store for the first year, with no college days, and support from your team and tutor to complete the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Pitch in with customers, uphold store standards and contribute to a friendly shopping environment. You’ll join a fast-paced retail team and learn while you work, with clear progression and goals. Applicants must be UK-eligible and brand-new to retail.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C or equivalent) required.
• Not currently in any education and available for full-time shifts.
• No Retail Apprenticeship completed previously.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail and ready to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• In-store training over the first 12 months with no college days.
• You will be supported by your team and tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
• You will help customers, maintain store standards and engage with the local community.
