Job summary

Savers is seeking an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join the team in a fast-paced high-street environment. Your training will be in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days, and you will be supported by your team and tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

You'll gain hands-on experience in customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation while contributing to community-focused savings. This role offers progression opportunities within Savers.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Available for full-time shifts and not in education.
• Brand new to retail and eligible to work in the UK.
• Willing to train for Retail Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain store standards.
• Support with stock replenishment and merchandising.
• Learn cash handling and use of store systems as part of training.
