Job summary

Savers invites applicants for an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant in our store. You’ll learn on the job over the first year with no college days and a guided plan to achieve Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You’ll work full-time, join a team, and help customers while building a local community presence.

We value a can-do attitude, teamwork, and a passion for delivering Savers smiles. Training includes in-store sessions and tutor support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Not currently in any education and available for full-time shifts.
• HAVEN’T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and help them find the best deals.
• Be a visible store presence, upholding Savers’ high standards.
• Connect with the local community and contribute to a positive in-store experience.
