Job summary

Amegreen Children’s Services invites applications for an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator at our Head Office in Mortimer. This paid apprenticeship combines hands-on recruitment work with a recognised Business Administration qualification, plus dedicated study time.

You’ll support the Recruitment team and other Head Office colleagues, learn safeguarding and GDPR basics, attend fairs, and gain experience across HR and recruitment while building your career with Amegreen.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required; personality and willingness to learn matter.
• Interest in recruitment, HR and admin with a can-do attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and develop through an apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview dates and times to keep diaries organised.
• Support candidate experience by welcoming and replying to queries.
• Refresh job adverts to keep them engaging and clear.
• Attend recruitment fairs to promote Amegreen opportunities.
• Assist with Right to Work and reference checks in recruitment flows.
• Help with general administration and cross-team support in Head Office.
• Contribute to new projects and learn how different parts of the business work.
• Grow confidence and take on more responsibility over time.
